Making your products and processes reality
At the start of our journey together, we figure out the best way to realise your products and processes. We analyse your needs and work with you to find out how we can best meet both your own requirements and those of your customers. We provide consultation and suggest ways to improve your production. This could be finding a way to cut the required products in large volumes from a single block in order to maintain high output, for example.
Our development experts take care of your special requirements and can always find a solution for any challenge. We suggest which foam quality is best for you and your needs, and can also advise you on the best packaging solutions.
Production
Producing your foam products
We always use the foam material that is best suited to your product. This material is obtained either from our partner Eupen Foam or from other suppliers. In most cases, we use polyurethane. If necessary, we can also offer polyethylene foams through our partners.
We can even take care of accessories. Should you need medical covers for mattresses, for example, we can turn to our partners in the group to produce them.
Logistics
You pick the packaging and shipping, we take care of the rest
Alongside all kinds of foam materials, we also offer a wide range of packaging. Whatever your choice, we pack your products just as you require. The decision is yours. We can organise the materials, production, storage space and overall logistics for you.
If required, we can even ship your products directly to your end customers. We have been cooperating with several logistics partners for many years. Whether national or international, we are experts in shipping.
We can always provide information quickly about the status of your production and processes. Our efficient and well-structured warehouse management means we can also provide binding information on delivery times.
